JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for assisting with new installation and repairs of all plumbing fixtures.
Responsible for assisting in all underground installation and repairs.
Responsible for assisting in maintenance and repair of all HVAC unit systems.
Helps ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local Laws and OSHA Regulations.
Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Two (2) years experience in plumbing.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in extremes of weather, on roofs, ladders and scaffolding.
Must be able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
Must have strong verbal and communication skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends and holidays.
